0.3 (current): Code currently used with the Vin Diesel Fact Generator; stripped
               down vote and IP logging for faster script processing. Runs very
               fast though. Also, it includes an RSS feed. An Atom feed might
               be in the future.

0.2: Changed the HTML a little, added accesskeys to the ratings radio buttons,
     transfered the inline javascript to a seperate script, added the
     user-interface admin panel
