1: Make sure you have PHP 5.0.0 or higher, along with the MySQLi extension and
     a MySQL database (Feel free to try and make it also work with MySQL)
2: Create a database for the page and execute the code in the SQL.sql file in
     the database
3: Edit the global.conf.php file inside the lib folder
4: Upload all the files, excluding CHANNEL_LOG, INSTALL, SQL.sql, and IMPORTANT
     (in the admin folder)
